Tea poetry and more! I just found out what is rarely taught in college; although tea has been a part of society for centuries, we are never taught about where the oldest tea has been found. I was super excited to read that the oldest physical evidence has been found in the tomb of a Chinese emperor from 141 BC. Sometimes it is amazing to find these unbroken habits we have had for centuries!
I didn't even know tea could do this.

Yes, matcha can be very calming. I have discovered it recently. I was introduced to some things Japanese in my undergrad years but matcha came a little after. Now that I have discovered it, I coax all my friends and relatives to try it.
